Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for M. Tech. Program in Nuclear Science & Technology has been signed between Mody Institute of Technology & Science, Lakshmangarh, Sikar, Rajasthan and EMNantes Graduate School of Engineering, France on 14th February, 2013 during the closing ceremony of Silver Jubilee celebration of Indo-French Centre for the Promotion of Advanced Research (IFCPAR) at New Delhi. The agreement has been signed by Honourable vice chancellor of MITS Prof. N.V. Subba Reddy and Dr. Annya REQUILE, Dean of the International Graduate School, EMNantes – Graduate School of Engineering. In this function, Mrs. Genevieve Fioraso, Honourable French minister of higher education and research, Shri. S. Jaipal Reddy, Honourable Minister for Ministry of Science &Technology and Ministry of Earth Sciences & the Union Minister for Human Resource Development, Dr. M.M. Pallam Raju were present. The programme was started with a welcome address by Dr. T. Ramasami, Secretary, Department of Science & Technology and Co-Chairman, CEFIPRA.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on academic and research collaboration has also been signed between Mody Institute of Technology & Science, Lakshmangarh, Sikar, Rajasthan and EMNantes Graduate School of Engineering, France.
The selected students after completing their First year M. Tech. Nuclear program at Mody Institute will be able to pursue their Second year program at EMNantes, France and will be awarded Master’s degree by both the institutes.
