Lecture workshop on “Recent trends in Nanoscience and Technology” to be organised by Mody University from 11th April

A two-day Science academic lecture workshop on “Recent trends in Nanoscience and Technology” will be organised by the department of Nanoscience and Technology, College of Engineering and Technology, Mody University of Science and Technology from 11th to 12thApril.

The lecture workshop will be sponsored by Indian Academy of Science, Bangalore, Indian National Science Academy, New Delhi & National Academy of Science, Allahabad.
Professor Ashok K Ganguli, FASc FNASc, Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology- Delhi- will be the Convener of the workshop as Fellow member of the academy.
Prof. Santanu Chaudhury, Director, CSIR-CEERI, Pilani, will be the Chief Guest of the workshop. President, Mody University will be the patron and the Prof. V K Jain, Dean,CET will be the chairman of the workshop.

Eminent resource persons from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, National Centre for Biological Science, Bangalore, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and Indian Association Cultivation of Science, Kolkata working in the field of Nano science & Technology will be delivering lectures during the workshop.

This workshop is intended to benefit students and teachers at the undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and research levels. It has been designed to have useful relevance to the curriculum covered in the post graduate, graduate and under-graduate programmes and will also cover some topics at the research level.

There is no registration fee to attend the workshop and a participation certificate will be provided to all the registered participants.
The workshop will be coordinated by Dr. Amlan Kumar Das, Professor, Department of Nanoscience and Technology.
