Two M.Tech. students to participate in Nuclear Security Training Series (NSTS) in United States

Faculty and students of Department of Nuclear Science & Technology, Mody University are invited to participate under the U.S. department of state’s partnership for Nuclear Security Program.

Mr. Manish Kumar, Assistant Professor, will participate in the IAEA’s International Nuclear Security Education Network (INSEN) meeting and PNS-sponsored side event on nuclear security curriculum development, to be held in Vienna, Austria on February 23-27, 2015. Two M. Tech. (Nuclear) students namely Ms. Uravashi Rathore and Ms. Jyoti Arun will participate in a dynamic four week training program called the Nuclear Security Training Series (NSTS) in the United States, at Texas A&M University, Sandia National Laboratories, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and the Institute for Nuclear Materials Management (INMM) Annual Conference. The student training program will take place from June 20-July 17, 2015. The entire trip for the faculty and students is fully sponsored by the American institute.
